@Soph: Thank you, Soph. Yes...really had to get that close. the insect is tiny, and I don't have special equipment...just a standard S3is.
this kind of photography is absolutly a tribute to MOTHER NATURE, BRAVO

@Shahab: Hi Shahab. Thank you for your comment. It takes patience. I have found it is possible to move in very close to most critters if you do it very slowly. This Fly is about 6mm nose2tail and so I had to have it almost touching the lens to get it a good size.
